Buyer of bitcoin robbed in Moscow more than 20 million rubles

"On December 15 at 18:40 a 34-year-old man phoned the duty department of the police department in Khamovniki district who told that unknown men in the" Batoni "cafe on Komsomolsky Prospect, under the pretext of selling crypto currency, stole 300,000 euros and 50,000 dollars from him USA, " - said the representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

According to him, a criminal case was opened on fraud. The police conduct the necessary operational and investigative measures to search for intruders.

The amount of damage is estimated at about 23 million rubles.

Earlier this week it became known that the first criminal case on the theft of crypto currency could be instituted in Belarus.
